    The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:

    “H. B. 4366 – A BILL to repeal §21-3-2, §21-3-3, §21-3-3a, §21-3-4, §21-3-5, §21-3-6, §21-3-8, §21-3-9, §21-3-10, §21-3-11, §21-3-12, §21-3-13, §21-3-16 and §21-3-18 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, all relating to repealing obsolete sections governing safety and welfare programs now administered by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration of the United States Department of Labor.”
